This is a pre-order – when will my order arrive?

All items are currently pre-order. Shipping is expected at the end of November. Shipping on pre-orders can take a little while – but we will always keep you up to date by e-mail: confirmation right after your order, info when shipping starts and your tracking number.

How does the Score Band work?

Two manual sliders show the score of both teams: blue for team A, green for team B. Scale 0 – 15 – 30 – 40 – AD. After each point you move your team's slider one step.

Why do I need this if we can just keep count?

The better you play, the longer rallies and games get. Between rallies, changeovers and breaks, the score is easily lost. The Score Band keeps it, so nobody has to keep count.

Do I need an app or a battery?

No. The Score Band works completely manually – no battery, no app.

Can I change the strap?

Yes. The strap sits on spring bars. Spare straps are available as separate items.

Is the Score Band suitable as a gift?

Yes – especially the Gift Box with Score Band, spare strap and keychain in the premium gift box. You can add a personal message when you order.

How do shipping and returns work?
