2. Data processed and purposes

When you visit and order, we process: server log data (IP address, time, browser) to provide and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); order data (name, address, email, payment and order details) to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); customer account data if you create an account; newsletter data only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.

3. Service providers

Shop system and hosting: Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland, possibly with data transfers to third countries based on standard contractual clauses). Payments are processed by the payment providers you choose in the checkout. Shipping by parcel carriers (transfer of name, address and, if applicable, email for delivery).

4. Cookies and tracking

We only set non-essential cookies (e.g. statistics, marketing) with your consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Storage period

We store data as long as necessary for the stated purposes; statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law (up to ten years) remain unaffected.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (competent: the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia).
