Terms and Conditions
Convenience translation. The German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between Matchday Padel, Hindenburgstraße 90-92, 41061 Mönchengladbach, Germany (“we”) and consumers (“customer”) through the online shop.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By clicking “Place order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer. We confirm receipt by email (order confirmation). The contract is concluded when we accept the order, at the latest when the goods are shipped. Contract languages are German, English, Spanish and French; the German version is authoritative.
3. Pre-order
Items marked “Preorder” are not yet in stock. Shipping is expected at the end of November. This date is non-binding; we will inform you by email about the status and any delays. Pre-order prices apply to orders placed in the stated promotional period. If delivery is delayed by more than four weeks beyond the stated date, you may withdraw from the contract; amounts already paid will be refunded without delay.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown. Shipping costs are shown in the checkout before you place your order.
5. Payment
The payment methods offered in the checkout are available. Payment is due when the order is completed.
6. Delivery
We deliver from Germany; orders from Spain are shipped from Mallorca. Delivery countries, shipping costs and delivery times are listed in our shipping information. Free shipping within Germany from an order value of €49.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in the withdrawal policy. Requests for returns and withdrawals are conveniently made through our return page, where you enter order number, email, the items to return and the reason. We confirm receipt and contact you by email with the next steps. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected; the declaration can also be made by email.
9. Liability for defects
The statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body and health, and under the Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence in breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
