This is a pre-order – when will my order arrive?

All items are currently pre-order. Shipping is expected at the end of November. With pre-orders, shipping can take some time – but you will always be kept up to date by email.

How does the Score Band work?

Two sliders show the score of both teams: blue for team A, green for team B. Scale 0 – 15 – 30 – 40 – AD. No battery, no app.

How much is shipping?

Germany €5.99, free from €49. Other countries: see Shipping & delivery.

Where can I see where my order is?

Under Track my order (account icon top right) you can see your order status: ordered, preparing, shipped, delivered.

How do I send something back?

Returns and withdrawals are requested through our return page: enter order number, email, items and reason. We confirm receipt and contact you by email with the next steps.

I have another question – how do I reach you?
