Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (for several goods in separate deliveries: the last item).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Matchday Padel, Hindenburgstraße 90-92, 41061 Mönchengladbach, Germany, email: info@matchday-padel.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can also use our return page for this. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back. You must return the goods without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of sending your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Pre-orders

You can also withdraw a pre-order within the withdrawal period. For pre-order items the period starts when you receive the goods.
